How much does a workplace clinic cost?
We provide a tailored quote based on the number of vaccinations, site locations and clinic arrangements. Your quote will set out the vaccination costs, service fees and any applicable VAT before you confirm.
Can you visit more than one site?
Tell us how many workplaces you have and their towns or postcodes. We’ll discuss availability, travel and a suitable plan for each location.
Is there a minimum number of employees?
Share your expected numbers with us, even if they are only an estimate. We’ll discuss whether an on-site clinic is practical and quote for your requirements.
How long will each appointment take?
For initial planning, allow around three minutes per vaccination. Some consultations need longer. The final clinic schedule also allows for setup and the needs of your employees.
Does everyone have to be vaccinated?
No. Participation is voluntary and vaccination is subject to an individual suitability check and informed consent. Employees can ask the pharmacist questions privately.
Where do you provide clinics?
Immuvax is based in North Yorkshire and welcomes workplace enquiries across North and West Yorkshire, including Skipton, Keighley, Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate and Huddersfield. Coverage and clinic dates are confirmed when we quote.
What information should we send?
Your organisation’s name, locations, estimated number of vaccinations and preferred dates are enough to start. Please do not include employees’ medical information in your enquiry.
